It is an exclusive membership circle formed for Amadeus travel agents in the Philippines. A potential member is required to meet a specified number of segments in order to qualify. He must be able to maintain the segment requirement in order to be eligible to members’ perks and privileges.

How to become a member

1. Interested parties must secure an application form from Amadeus office or through the Amadeus club uno website at www.amadeus.com.ph/clubuno. All application forms must be signed and approved by the applicant’s General Manager and original copy must be submitted to Amadeus Marketing.

2. Amadeus Marketing will provide all applicants with a user name and password to be used in monitoring their individual booking performance.

3. Any Amadeus user travel agent who reaches a minimum of 350 segments in one month is qualified to become a Club Uno member.
Segment count will be based on individual sign-in codes under the users’ own office ID*. Segments earned by the specific sign-in code are not transferable. Pooling of bookings using a single sign-in code in a specific agency is disqualified.

*The travel agent’s sign in code may be used on another office ID provided that it is a legitimate branch or implant office of the main branch’s office ID.

4. Amadeus will validate all application forms and will notify the agent once the membership is approved.

5. A membership card will be provided to the qualified applicant.

6. Segment count will be reset to zero once membership is approved. Each member is required to maintain a minimum of 50 segments a month.

7. Club Uno is open to Amadeus subscribers within the Philippine market only.
